Of all of the projects arriving this Friday (October 30), this is the one I am particularly excited about the most.

Three years after his third studio album, Sounds from the Other Side, WizKid has finally returned with its follow-up Made In Lagos. Originally slated to arrive October 15, the OG Starboy pushed the album due to the protests enveloping our home country.

“It has been beautiful to see Nigerians around the world coming together to protest against police brutality,” says Wizkid.  “Unity is key. The youth of Nigeria need our collective voices to continue to shine a spotlight to what is happening inside the country. I want to play my part in this and in the movement for a better Nigeria, a better place to live for ourselves, our families – our communities. We will get through this together. Together we move.  #endSARS.”

A 14-song effort, WizKid calls upon the likes of Burna Boy, Skepta, Damian Marley, H.E.R. Ella Mai and Terri to assist him throughout. Led by the singles “Smile” and “No Stress,” the album can be heard in its entirety below.
