A$AP Mob Announce Yams Day 2021

Like many in the past have (and, if we’re being real, many in the future will), several events will go the virtual route in 2021. The sixth annual Yams Day will do the same, taking place on Monday, January 18.

(Crazy to think that the fifth Yams Day, which took place at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, would be one of the very last in-person shows of 2020…)

A$AP Rocky made the announcement on his social media accounts, introducing a new aspect to the celebration. “We will be giving out Yammy Awards to artists this year who we and the people honestly feel honestly earned and deserve it,” Rocky said on Twitter.

The A$AP Mob also released a teaser video featuring Rocky, A$AP Ferg, and several prominent — and gloriously hood — New Yorkers sharing the news…
