Kanye West Spotted With Kim Kardashian Ahead of Her ‘SNL’ Debut

Kanye West continues to show his support for Kim Kardashian, despite divorce proceedings.

As pointed out by TMZ, the estranged couple was spotted leaving an NYC hotel this weekend, just hours before Kim’s Saturday Night Live debut. The 40-year-old reality star was seen getting into an SUV while rocking black shades, a long pink puffer coat, and silver accessories. Kanye followed Kim into the vehicle as paparazzi and a large crowd of fans screamed and snapped pictures. It’s unclear where the two were headed, but it’s safe to assume they were on their way to Studio 8H, where SNL is filmed live.

Kim’s SNL appearance comes nearly eight months after she filed for divorce from Kanye, whom she married more than seven years ago. The mother-of-four cited “irreconcilable differences” in her filing, but has made it very clear the split was amicable. 

“That was my friend first and foremost for a long time, so I can’t see that going away,” she said during a Keeping Up With the Kardashians reunion special. “I will forever be Kanye’s biggest fan. He’s the father of my kids. Kanye will always be family.”

Kanye, who has made multiple SNL appearances, has reportedly helped Kim prepare for her hosting gig, along with other celebrities like Dave Chappelle, Michelle Wolf, Ellen DeGeneres, Amy Schumer, and James Corden. 

“Kim is nervous about hosting ‘SNL,’ its a big challenge but she is determined to be a success.,” an anonymous insider told Page Six. “Kanye is quietly advising her on her performance, her opening monologue, even her costumes for the show.”

Kim’s SNL episode will air tonight at 11:30 p.m. ET/8:30 p.m. PT. She will joined by musical guest Halsey.
