The Book of Boba Fett, the latest entry in the ever-expanding Star Wars extended cinematic universe, hits Disney+ in December. On Monday, just one day removed from the more horror-minded activities of October, a new trailer for the Temuera Morrison and Ming-Na Wen-starring series was released.

After being teased in a surprise end credits sequence in The Mandalorian, the new Fett project was confirmed by executive producer Jon Favreau via a Good Morning America appearance in December of last year. The latest galaxy-traversing original from Disney+ sees the fan-adored bounty hunter and mercenary Fennec Shand on a journey through the underworld. Once they hit Tatooine, the two make a move for territory that was previously under Jabba the Hutt’s control.

The series launches Dec. 29. Catch the new trailer up top.

Expected not long after Fett wraps its run is the launch of The Mandalorian Season 3. In October, Carl Weathers—who plays Greef Karga in the series—announced on Twitter that shooting had started. Not entirely clear from that tweet, however, was whether this was a signal of the entire series having kicked off production or if Weathers was solely announcing his start date. The latest season of the Disney+ hit is expected to debut next year.

In other recent Star Wars updates, prequel trilogy star Hayden Christensen was reported last month to be reprising his role as Anakin Skywalker (perhaps best known as Darth Vader) in the upcoming Ahsoka series.
