Betty White’s death came six days after she suffered a stroke, according to her death certificate obtained by TMZ.

The certificate lists White’s cause of death as cerebrovascular accident, or tissue damage from a loss of blood flowing to part of the brain, which she suffered nearly a week before passing, per the outlet.

White was alert following the stroke, sources told TMZ, and ended up dying in her sleep peacefully on Dec. 31, weeks before her 100th birthday.

Despite her death, plans that were already in place for White’s 100th birthday will go on as planned, with a star-studded documentary film—titled Betty White: 100 Years Young — A Birthday Celebration—still being screened. Ryan Reynolds, Tina Fey, Robert Redford, Morgan Freeman, Carol Burnett, Lin-Manuel Miranda, Clint Eastwood, Jay Leno, Jimmy Kimmel, and more will be featured in the doc, which will be shown at 900 theaters across the U.S. on Jan. 17.

“We will go forward with our plans to show the film on January 17 in hopes our film will provide a way for all who loved her to celebrate her life—and experience what made her such a national treasure,” producers/directors Steve Boettcher and Mike Trinklein told People magazine.

White is also set to be honored with a Betty White Day celebration in Illinois, also on what would have been her 100th birthday, per TMZ. The Oak Park event, which falls on Martin Luther King Jr. Day, will feature a mural contest, restaurant specials, and more. The event is set to become an annual occurrence, too, so Betty fans who can’t make it this time around always have next year.
