Hayden Panettiere’s Boyfriend Violated Probation Due to Involvement in Recent Brawl Outside Hollywood Hotel

Hayden Panettiere’s boyfriend Brian Hickerson is facing time in court for his involvement in a brawl that broke out last month outside a Los Angeles hotel.

TMZ reports Hickerson’s probation officer believes Brian is in violation of certain conditions of his probation, which is currently in place until 2025 as a result of his domestic violence conviction back in April 2021. Hickerson is scheduled to appear in court later this month, with the probation officer claiming that Brian is facing 26 weeks of anger management and 26 weeks of Alcoholics Anonymous due to his failure to refrain from violence.

Back in March, Pannettiere and Hickerson got into a fistfight involving a group of people outside the Sunset Marquis in West Hollywood. The Los Angeles Times reported at the time that the scuffle took place after Hickerson made a comment to an individual about leaving the waitress a poor tip.

“While in the restaurant of the Sunset Marquis Brian Hickerson, who happened to be with Hayden, made a comment to an individual about leaving the waitress a poor tip. That same individual along with the group he was with began badgering and shoving Brian at which point security pushed everyone outside,” Pannettiere’s spokesperson said at the time.

“Brian was attacked by the group as was Hayden who in her best effort tried to [defuse] the situation. Hayden was refused the opportunity to provide a statement to the police as she was escorted back inside. She is okay.”
