An aspiring Texas artist who has rapped about robbing ATMs was arrested this week for allegedly robbing an ATM technician in Tennessee.

Fox 26 reports Ladesion Riley, 30, is one of four people charged with stealing cash from an ATM technician at a Bank of America in Nashville.

The arrest comes just two months after Riley, who also goes by the moniker 213 Jugg God, released a song on YouTube called “Make It Home,” featuring lyrics about about running from the cops after robbing ATMs out of state.

“If you’re going to rap about it, then turn around and be about it and get caught, that’s on you,” Douglas Griffith, president of the Houston Police Officers’ Union, told Fox 26. “You shouldn’t do stupid crap, and you definitely shouldn’t violate the law and talk about it.”

According to the Nashville Police Department, Riley and Darius Dugas, 27, Sashondre Dugas, 32, and Christopher Alton, 27, are accused of approaching an ATM technician and demanding he “not do anything stupid and hand over the money.”

The suspects, who allegedly used a getaway car was rented from Hertz, were tracked down by police, who witnessed them loading cash into another vehicle. The four suspects were then taken into custody.

“They want to glorify the fact that they’re criminals,” Griffith said. “That saddens me because we have all of these kids watching this, and they’re glorifying it, and these kids look up to them. It’s dumb. These guys are dumb. They deserve to be tossed into jail just for being dumb.”

All four individuals are facing federal charges. The FBI is also investigating to determine if they committed similar robberies elsewhere.
