Makeup artist and content creator Princess Rese has amassed a loyal following for her artistry and skill. In fact, she’s known for taking the intimidation out of makeup. With a quick swipe of a blending blush, or blotting of her lips, the New York based MUA has shown that makeup can be fun and easy. She keeps this theme alive in her latest TikTok video. 

Here, Complex and Sephora are partnering to create Beauty Beyond the Surface, an initiative that highlights the many brands offering a wider range of makeup shades for Black women and all women of color.
