Damson Idris confirmed that he and Harvey are dating on Jan. 13 by sharing a photo of himself kissing the model on the cheek. For those who have been following Harvey’s journey, the hard launch of her latest relationship with the actor is not the first time she’s dated one of the most sought-out bachelors in the entertainment industry.
Harvey called it quits with Michael B. Jordan in June 2022, after a year and a half of dating. At the time, there were reports that the reason for the breakup was that she wasn’t ready for a serious commitment.
Since beaming into the public eye and making a name for herself outside of being Steve Harvey’s stepdaughter, Lori has been romantically linked to some of Hollywood’s most desirable men including Memphis Depay, Trey Songz, Jordan, and more.
While Harvey has remained tight-lipped about the reasons behind her breakups, she did explain her dating mindset during an interview with Essence published last month. “I know my worth, and I know my value,” she told the magazine. “I’m not going to compromise that, or settle, or accept anything less than what I know I deserve. That’s where I’m at in my life right now. I’m not compromising my peace and happiness for anything or anybody.”
