Drake Re-Follows Ice Spice on Instagram After Unfollowing Her

Drake is once again following Ice Spice on Instagram. The two had been briefly mutuals shortly after Ice Spice’s “Munch” went viral. The Shade Room was one of the publications to make the observation.

Though it might be correlation instead of causation, Drake re-followed Ice Spice amid rumours that she was dating Pete Davidson. Despite those rumours, TMZ confirmed their alleged relationship to be fake. 

Drake had initiated their friendship by telling Ice Spice how hard he thought “Munch” was and then invited her to the 2022 edition of OVO Fest where he was spotted hanging out with the New York rapper.

Not long after Ice Spice left Toronto, Drake swiftly unfollowed her, leaving many, including Ice Spice herself wondering why. Despite that, Ice Spice says she harbours no hard feelings toward Drake.

A few months later, Her Loss, Drake’s collaborative album with 21 Savage, dropped featuring “BackOutsideBoyz,” the infamous track where Drake rapped “She a 10 tryna rap, it’s good on mute.”

The bar didn’t deter Ice Spice, who tweeted “At least ima 10” after she became aware of the lyrics.

Ice Spice once again addressed the rumours of her falling out with Drake in an interview with the New York Times.

“We’re cool,” Ice Spice said. “We spoke after that a couple times and we’re good. There’s no beef.”
