Florida Man Arrested After Allegedly Holding Masseuse at Gunpoint and Demanding Sex Act

A Florida man is facing charges after he allegedly held a masseuse at gunpoint while demanding her to perform a sexual act on him.

WFTV reports Timothy Paul Taylor, 35, who’s been arrested over 20 times and convicted of nine felonies, faces charges of attempted sexual battery, aggravated battery with a weapon, aggravated assault with a weapon, and resisting arrest without violence.

The incident took place on Thursday morning at A1 Massage on South Bay Street, which Taylor is accusing of entering and demanding he receive oral sex from one of the workers. After he was told that A1 Massage does not partake in such services, Taylor told the woman that if she called police he would return and kill her.

“The victim stated they do not do that at her business,” police said in a news release. “The male grabbed the victim by her hair and forced her head down toward his crotch area. He pulled his pants down and pulled out a black handgun and put it to her head and demanded she perform oral sex on him.”

Law enforcement added that the victim “fought back” and “resisted,” which prompted the man to leave the parlor.

“She was a victim, but she fought back, and she resisted, and she was able to get out of there,” Eustis police said. “And anytime you can walk away from a violent crime like that, that’s a good thing.”

The woman escaped to a neighboring business and called police, who later tracked down Taylor after he dropped his car off at his mom’s house.
