Bam Margera Responds to Man Who Filed Restraining Order After Claiming He Was Having a Threesome

Bam Margera has addressed a restraining order filed against him by a neighbor who claims the Jackass star threatened his life.

As reported by TMZ, Bam’s neighbor, a man named Daniel Cardenas, has accused Margera of entering his home in the middle of the night and making a death threat. “You have 12 hours to leave the house or I will kill you with my brass knuckles,” Bam allegedly said.

Cardenas says Bam left, before returning over an hour later, at which point he issued another threat while wearing brass knuckles. “You have 12 seconds to leave,” he said.

As seen in TMZ’s recently released video, Bam responds to the restraining order by sharing his side of the story, in which he claims his hostility toward Cardenas was only to protect his daughter, who was staying with Margera when Cardenas brought two women back to his home before having a threesome.

“He showed up at 3 a.m., when my eight-year-old daughter Isabella is in there,” Bam shared. “He stepped over her with a 60-year-old lady and an 18-year-old and had a fucking threesome.”

Bam says that he didn’t want his daughter to get PTSD from hearing “sex noises” from said threesome. “So yes, I will fuck you up,” he said. “Did you forget to tell that one Danny?”

As previously reported in March, Bam was arrested for public intoxication following an incident with his estranged wife Nikki Boyd. Additionally, Margera was arrested at a residence less a month ago in Escondido, California when a woman called police alleging that he kicked her.

Back in February, Boyd filed for legal separation last month more than a year after announcing the couple’s split.
