With just under two months left before its theatrical unveiling, Andy Muschietti’s long-teased The Flash has received another update in the form of a new trailer.

The film’s journey to the big screen has played out across numerous headlines over the years, most recently with the series of controversies surrounding the film’s star, Ezra Miller. In a statement shared with Complex in January, for example, Miller’s attorney confirmed their plea agreement in a burglary case in Vermont.

“Ezra Miller pled guilty this morning to a misdemeanor unlawful trespass in Vermont Superior Court and accepted the conditions imposed by the court,” the attorney told Complex at the time. “Ezra would like to thank the court and the community for their trust and patience throughout this process, and would once again like to acknowledge the love and support they have received from their family and friends, who continue to be a vital presence in their ongoing mental health.”

As for the film itself, which at one point was speculated as being in potential jeopardy due to Miller-focused headlines, DC Studios co-CEO James Gunn said earlier this year that he considered it to be “probably one of the greatest superhero movies.” Those remarks were made as part of a private press event, per Variety, and also included an update from fellow DC Studios boss Peter Safran on Miller’s recovery efforts.

Tuesday’s trailer was preceded in February by a Super Bowl-premiered look at the film that included looks at both Michael Keaton and Ben Affleck, both of whom are again on Batman duty.
