Serena Williams Announces She and Alexis Ohanian Are Expecting Second Child With Met Gala Photo

Legendary tennis star Serena Williams announced that she’s pregnant with her and Alexis Ohanian’s second child.

The reveal was made at the 2023 Met Gala in New York City and confirmed with a post Serena made to social media.

“Was so excited when Anna Wintour invited the 3 of us to the Met Gala,” Serena wrote on IG alongside a picture of her, Alexis, and their unborn child. It’s unclear how far along Serena is in her pregnancy. 

“I’m feeling good. I can breathe. I can stop not hiding,” Williams, who was rocking a Gucci dress, said while at the star-studded event, per Page Six. She also joked about having plans to “not drink.” Alexis, meanwhile, wore a black tuxedo to the event. 

Williams and Ohanian got married back in 2017 and also welcomed their first child, Olympia, who is 5 years old now, in the same year.
