NAO & Skillibeng Connect For “Balance” Single

After releasing her third studio album, 2021’s And Then Life Was Beautiful, NAO would be nominated for a MOBO Award (Best R&B/Soul,) collaborated with Stormzy for 2022 album This Is What I Mean, and performing at Coachella with Mura Masa. The eclectic talent now returns with her first offering of 2023, “Balance.”

With the ever-popular Skillibeng joining her, the track “is a fun way of exploring boundaries. For me, mine is having a better Balance in life,” NAO says. “I used to be a workaholic which eventually took a big toll on my well-being. Once I found a better Balance in life it was important to let other people in my life know that I had shifted into a new way of being and to understand that.”
