To much anticipation Maxo Kream will return with his forthcoming album Weight of the World on October 18. The follow-up to Brandon Banks, the project will likely touch upon the unimaginable tragedy Maxo has experienced when his brother Mmadu “Money Du” Biosah was gunned down in 2019.
Fortunately for his fans, Maxo has been hard at work on the follow up to Brandon Banks, and he has shared the first offering from the project: “Local Joker.” “Done been thru hell and back since [my last album],” Maxo said on Instagram. “I put my all into my next album and I’m ready to give it to y’all.”
Following the previous drops “Local Joker” and “Big Persona,” Maxo shares the third offering “Greener Knots.” Along with a cinematic video directed by Spike Jordan, the track can be heard below.
