Kylie Jenner has announced the birth of her second child with Travis Scott.
The reality TV star and makeup figure shared a picture of her newborn baby’s hand on Instagram Sunday, with the caption “💙 2/2/22,” as TMZ and other publications believe that the emoji’s color implied the baby is a boy. Jenner tagged Scott in the photo, and family members like Kris Jenner and Kourtney Kardashian were quick to celebrate the child’s birth in the comment section. Scott also commented several blue and brown heart emojis underneath the photo.
“Mommy of two life ❤️🙏🏼🙏🏼,” Kourtney wrote below the image.
Kylie first revealed that she was expecting her second child back in September via an Instagram video. The clip featured Kylie revealing the news to Scott and her mother as she checked in with a doctor on the baby’s status. She previously told Harper’s BAZAAR in 2020 that she would be open to seeing their now-4-year-old daughter Stormi with a younger sibling.
“We have such a great relationship,” Jenner said of Scott in the interview. “We’re like best friends. We both love Stormi and want what’s best for her. We stay connected and coordinated. I think about [my parents] in situations with Stormi, what they would do. They were very hands-on with me, and I want the same for Stormi.”
With the new baby, the Kardashian crew as a whole currently has 10 kids, as Caitlyn Jenner now has 20 grandchildren of her own, per TMZ.
“She has been wanting to give Stormi a sibling for a while. She loves being a mom. She is thrilled that she and Travis are pregnant again,” a source told PEOPLE back in September when Kylie announced she was pregnant. “She has been enjoying her pregnancy in private. She has only spent time with close friends and family.”
