The final official report regarding Bob Saget’s death has been released.

An Orange County, Florida medical examiner determined the comedian/actor suffered from accidental head trauma, WFTV reports. Saget, 65, was found dead in his hotel room at the Ritz-Carlton in Orlando on Jan. 9.

While he had minor swelling and a small bruise in the corner of his left eye, there was no additional trauma. Neither drugs nor alcohol were found in his system.

The Orange County Sheriff’s Office stated that Saget struck his head against something in his hotel room and later died in bed, with the Chief Medical Examiner believing the surface in question was the bed’s headboard, per TMZ. The M.E. said the fracture on the back of Saget’s head likely came from “something hard, covered by something soft.” Officers rejected items in the hotel room like countertops, tables, and nightstands, especially because the headboard was lightly padded and jutting out slightly from the wall.

“There was no evidence of a struggle, any type of foul play, or that anyone else was in the room at any time during his stay,” the report reads. Also, “there were no signs of blood” on the bedsheets “or anywhere else in the suite.”

Bystanders who were present on Jan. 9 say Saget did not appear intoxicated when he arrived at the hotel just after 2 a.m., following his Jan. 8 stand-up show in Jacksonville, Florida. The document also said Saget was seen on surveillance footage walking “purposely across the lobby toward the elevators without stopping or interacting with anyone”—and that he went to his room alone.

The report follows a judge’s decision on Monday to permanently block the release of photos and videos taken of Saget after his death to the public.
