Hayden Panettiere and Boyfriend Involved in Brawl Outside West Hollywood Hotel

Hayden Pannettiere and her boyfriend Brian Hickerson were involved in a massive brawl outside a hotel in Los Angeles on Thursday.

In footage captured by TMZ, the Nashville star and Hickerson got into a fistfight involving multiple people outside the Sunset Marquis in West Hollywood. The Los Angeles Times reports the scuffle took place after Hickerson made a comment to an individual about leaving the waitress a poor tip.

“While in the restaurant of the Sunset Marquis Brian Hickerson, who happened to be with Hayden, made a comment to an individual about leaving the waitress a poor tip. That same individual along with the group he was with began badgering and shoving Brian at which point security pushed everyone outside,” Pannettiere’s spokesperson said in an email to the Times.

“Brian was attacked by the group as was Hayden who in her best effort tried to [defuse] the situation. Hayden was refused the opportunity to provide a statement to the police as she was escorted back inside. She is okay.”

The Los Angeles Police Department was called to the scene, but authorities said that by the time they arrived no one involved was around to report the incident.

“We responded to a fight call at 12:18 a.m. Upon the deputies arrival they did not see anyone that was a victim of a crime, nobody came forward saying they were assaulted and everybody was gone prior to their arrival,” a spokesperson for the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s told Fox News Digital on Friday.

The brawl arrives two years after Hickerson was arrested for alleged domestic violence. As TMZ reported at the time, the Pannettiere’s boyfriend was taken into custody after he allegedly struck Panettiere “with a closed fist on the right side of her face.”

Hickerson was also arrested in March 2019 following a fight with Pannettiere, although they later got back together that November. The domestic abuse case against him was also dismissed.
