New York City police have confirmed a fourth arrest of a teenager in connection with the death of a man who was struck by a train on New Year’s Day, CNN reports.

19-year-old Noel Rosado was arrested on Friday, on charges of murder, manslaughter, robbery, gang assault, and assault. The New York police department said Rosado was arrested due to his involvement in an incident that led to the death of 36-year-old Roland Hueston, who attempted to help a 38-year-old man who fell onto the train tracks following an attack by a group of individuals.

The train did not strike the man who was assaulted by the group, but Hueston was “subsequently struck by the oncoming train” when he tried to get the man off the tracks. The unnamed man was taken to a nearby hospital, where he was treated for a broken arm.

Rosado is the fourth teen to have been arrested by New York police, following a 16-year-old and two 17-year-olds. All of the individuals involved fled the station after the attack, which was captured by surveillance cameras.

The incident was another in a string of attacks on NYC subway platforms. In January, 40-year-old Michelle Alyssa Go was killed when she was pushed by 61-year-old Simon Martial, who fled the scene but later turned himself into police. “This incident was unprovoked, and the victim does not appear to have any interaction with the subject,” NYPD Commissioner Keechant Sewell said at the time. “This was a senseless, absolutely senseless, act of violence.”

According to police, a woman saw Martial push Go after he harassed her.
