Trevor Noah has an exit plan for The Daily Show.
The 38-year-old told his audience at Thursday’s taping that he plans to step down after seven years hosting the comedy/news staple, as seen in the clip below.
“It was not immediately clear when his actual exit would take place, or whether the Paramount Global cable network had begun to consider a successor,” Variety reports.
The South Africa–born comedian took over The Daily Show for Jon Stewart in 2015.
