Amber Rose Says She Will No Longer Date, Wants to Remain Single

Amber Rose says dating is no longer in the cards for her.

The 39-year-old mother of two spoke with the Sofia With an F podcast, saying, “I want to be single for the rest of my life.” She continued, per Page Six. “I don’t want to share my house or my life with anyone. I don’t want anyone around my kids. I don’t want to have sex … No, ew.”

She added, “I’m fine with being by myself too. I’m very happy to not share my bed with anyone.”

On Friday, the model took to her Instagram Story to slam the media for how they portray victims of abuse.

“The media is so disgusting when it comes to women,” she wrote. “Y’all wonder why women come out 20 years later talking about the abuse they’ve endured by the hands of men. Y’all silence us!”

She continued, “Because if I ever came out and told the truth, I would be looked at as a ‘hater’ and that’s sad. I’ve been so quiet for years about so many fucked up people at the expense of my own mental health because I don’t want to deal with the repercussions of the internet calling me a liar, biter, or hater.”

ups and downs in her romantic life. She previously dated Kanye West from 2008 to 2010, and later, married Wiz Khalifa in 2013. The two welcome their now-9-year-old son, Sebastian Taylor Thomaz but eventually divorced in 2014.

She then dated 21 Savage in 2017 for about a year before the two parted ways, and shortly after, started dating Alexander “AE” Edwards from 2018 to 2021. While the pair never wed, they do share a child, 2-year-old Slash Electric Alexander Edwards.

She told the podcast that Khalifa cheated on her. “I married my soulmate and then all of a sudden he wasn’t there anymore. Because our mothers, the internet, there was too much pressure to be married so young and we just had a baby. I was fucking heartbroken,” she said.

Edwards also cheated on Rose, which he later confessed, saying in an Instagram Live session that cheating is his “true nature.” However, he recently set off engagement rumors with Cher after she tweeted a photo of Edwards holding a colossal diamond ring, worth about $250,000. The pair made their relationship public in November 2022.
