Bam Margera Filmed Screaming at Estranged Wife in Restaurant Before Public Intoxication Arrest

Days after Bam Margera was arrested on a public intoxication misdemeanor charge outside a restaurant in Burbank, TMZ has unearthed video of what transpired leading up to the incident.

In a new video obtained by TMZ, Margera is seen screaming at his wife Nikki Boyd over the custody schedule the couple shares with their five-year-old son. At one point in the clip, Margera can be heard yelling “Phoenix has his own mind,” referring to their son. While Bam is requesting to spend more time with their son, his estranged wife responds, “Let him have his own mind.”

Before he leaves the restaurant, Bam screams, “Why are you making me wait fucking five days?”

Sources told the outlet that Bam entered the restaurant alone, approaching Nikki and speaking to her for a few minutes before he lost his cool. 

As reported earlier this week, Bam was arrested for public intoxication following the incident with Nikki inside the restaurant. In addition, Margera was arrested at a residence less than a month ago in Escondido, California when a woman called police alleging that he kicked her.

Back in February, Boyd filed for legal separation last month more than a year after announcing the couple’s split.

Boyd’s attorney said at the time, “Nikki felt compelled to file for legal separation from her husband, Bam Margera, due to his continuing drug and alcohol abuse, erratic behavior, and due to his failure to provide support for her and their son. Nikki has put everything she has into trying to get Bam to stay sober and to trying to preserve her family.”
