The Long Beach talent has teamed with Netflix and Black-ish creator Kenya Barris for The Vince Staples Show. Slated to debut on the streaming platform on Feb. 15, the “limited comedic series, he’s thrust into adventures while navigating life as a kind of famous, kind of rich, kind of criminal (but not really) rapper,” Tudum describes. “Unfortunately, anything that can go wrong usually does.
With a guest cast that includes Vanessa Bell Calloway (Coming to America, This Is Us) and Andrea Ellsworth (#BlackAF, Gentefied), and — perhaps hilariously, Rick Ross — a trailer for the show can be seen below.
