It’s first in-studio episode is roughly four months, Saturday Night Live debuted its 46th season tonight (October 3) with show alum Chris Rock as host. The show also invited Megan Thee Stallion to be its first musical guest, as well.

Alongside briefly appearing in a pair of skits, Megan would perform both “Savage” and her recent single “Don’t Stop” with Young Thug. The most notable moment, however, was during “Savage” when Megan delivered a Black Lives Matter statement, demanded protection for Black women, and called out Kentucky Attorney General Daniel Cameron for his rather bullsh*t “handling” of Breonna Taylor’s case.
