My ex-bf proposed to his girlfriend of 8 months.

Hi Yoda & Friends,
I discovered on Facebook that my ex-boyfriend had proposed to his girlfriend of 8 months. We dated for 6 years, broke up a year ago. We had opposite work schedules for a while and grew apart… but even after breakup, we are on okay terms… enough to still be friends on social. They began officially dating 4 months after we broke up. I JUST recently got over him… and he’s already engaged now!! It’s Just upsetting. Makes me want to be engaged… makes me sad he didn’t propose to me. What can I do to not feel like this?
