Rudy Giuliani’s Reveal on ‘The Masked Singer’ Spurs Judges Ken Jeong and Robin Thicke to Walk Off Stage

Rudy Giuliani hasn’t been in people’s good graces following his numerous antics with Donald Trump and the 2020 presidential election.

So when Giuliani reportedly participated in Fox’s show The Masked Singer, some were extremely displeased. Deadline reports that as Giuliani was unmasked during a taping of the show’s first episode last week, judges Ken Jeong and Robin Thicke walked off the stage “in protest,” per the outlet. It seems that Giuliani was also on his way out, as he was an “exiting costumed contestant,” for the show’s new theme The Good, The Bad, and The Cuddly.

He’s apparently been one of the most controversial guests that The Masked Singer has had since 2020. Sarah Palin previously participated, which was another contentious moment for the series. While it’s unknown which costume Giuliani wore, Palin was the bear. All we know is that his exit episode will go live next month. The famous contestants only reveal themselves when they lose by taking off their costumes.

In 2021, Giuliani spearheaded a campaign that falsely claimed the 2020 presidential election was rife with voter fraud in an effort to overturn the election results in favor of Trump. After losing numerous legal battles, and because of his false election claims, he ended up being barred from practicing law in Washington D.C. and New York. He also had his honorary degree from the University of Rhode Island revoked late last month.
