Google PlayEzra Miller has been charged with felony burglary in Vermont, stemming from a complaint filed earlier this year.
Vermont State Police located Miller on Sunday night and issued a citation to appear in court on Sept. 26 where they will be arraigned, per Variety. According to the police report, a burglary complaint was filed on May 1, which led to authorities gathering statements and observing surveillance footage before determining that there was probable cause to charge Miller.
The complaint alleges several bottles of alcohol were stolen from a home in Stamford when no one was inside.
This is the latest report in a string of incidents involving Miller, who was arrested twice in Hawaii within the span of a month earlier this year. The first occurred in late March when they were charged with disorderly conduct and harassment following altercations with a woman who was singing karaoke and a man while he was throwing darts at a bar. The second arrest happened in April, with Miller accused of throwing a chair at a woman and leaving a half-inch cut on her forehead. Miller was charged with second-degree assault.
The burglary charge took place in the same state as Miller’s farm, which has become the subject of discussion in light of a Rolling Stone investigation detailing an alleged disturbing environment for the fellow occupants, which include a mother and her three children. A source told the publication firearms are left “unattended” and assault weapons “lying around” inside the residence.
A witness allegedly saw a 1-year-old child, who is one of the woman’s three kids, put a “loose bullet” in their mouth. The mother claims she has been living on Miller’s farm since April after meeting them in Hawaii, and sees their home as a “healing” space after dealing with alleged abuse.
According to Variety, Warner Bros. Discovery CEO David Zaslav confirmed last week that, despite all the bad press surrounding Miller, The Flash is still slated to be released in theaters on June 23, 2023.
